Kholoud holds the position of Associate – Legal & Compliance supporting the incorporation of various entities for DIFC and ADGM clients. Kholoud is based in the Dubai (UAE) office of j. awan & partners.
As a law graduate Kholoud has gained over 3 years’ experience in public relations, intellectual property registrations, onshore and offshore company incorporations, and as in-house counsel. Additionally she has gained some compliance experience with companies operating in the Crypto field.
Kholoud holds a Bachelor’s (LLB Honours) in Law.
